Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Talent Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in assisting our benched candidates to land job opportunities in the United States. You will be responsible for effectively marketing their resumes, managing job postings, and performing various tasks to enhance their employment prospects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with candidates to understand their skills, experiences, and job preferences.
  • Develop and implement strategies for marketing candidates' resumes to potential employers.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms to attract suitable employment opportunities.
  • Liaise between candidates and potential employers, facilitating communication and interviews.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job application process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the U.S. job market, particularly in sectors relevant to our candidates.
  • Ensure a high level of service and satisfaction for both candidates and employers.


Requirements:

  • Reliable internet connection as the position is fully remote.
  • Possession of a personal laptop with adequate specifications for efficient work performance.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the U.S. job market and employment practices.
  • Proven track record in a similar role or in human resources, recruitment, or career counseling.
