HDB Financial services Ltd is in search of Policy Manager - cross Sell & Policy Manager - Micro finance for our Mahape Office Navi-mumbai.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Design cross-selling policies that align with the company's overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Identify suitable products or services that can be cross-sold to existing customers based on their profiles and preferences.
  • Analyze customer data to segment the customer base and target specific groups for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure that cross-selling practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales and customer service teams to help them understand cross-selling policies and effectively offer additional products or services to customers.
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of cross-selling initiatives, measuring success metrics, and making data-driven improvements.
  • Focus on enhancing the customer experience during cross-selling efforts to build trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product development teams to coordinate cross-selling campaigns and initiatives.
  • Considering potential risks associated with cross-selling and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously reviewing and refining cross-selling policies and strategies based on feedback and market dynamics.
