Responsibilities:

We are looking out for a promising design consultant to act as a trusted consultant to clients, understanding their unique needs, objectives, and business goals to reflect through their workspaces. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional design solutions to our clients. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, preferences, and goals, providing expert design advice and recommendations.

Client Engagement:

  • Lead client presentations and pitches to showcase design concepts and solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the design process by collaborating with clients to define their design objectives and project requirements.
  • Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts that align with the client's vision. Create detailed design proposals, including mood boards, floor plans, 3D renderings, and material samples, expert advice on color schemes, lighting, furniture selection, and space optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams to refine and finalize design concepts and present design proposals to clients, explaining the rationale behind each element.
  • Make revisions to design proposals based on client feedback and preferences and assisting clients in selecting and sourcing materials, furnishings, and decor.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business and referrals.
  • An actioner towards converting design consultancy to design and build gamut.


Design Management:

  • Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to project completion.
  • Oversee the implementation of the design plan, ensuring it meets quality and cost parameters.
  • Ensure design excellence, innovation, and adherence to industry standards and uphold Company's commitment to delivering high-quality workplace solutions.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and wherever possible implement best practices and quality control processes within the team.


Industry Trends and Innovation:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design practices.
  • Incorporate cutting-edge design and sustainability principles into project concepts.
  • A vivid learner and dedicated researcher to think towards and execute out of the box design concepts.
  • Work with the studio heads towards benchmarking design best practices for Company.
  • Represent Company in design forums across horizons.

What We Expect:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial interior design and workplace consulting.
  • Strong portfolio of successful workplace design projects with marquee clients
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and project management expertise.
  • Knowledge of industry software and design tools.

Brief Description (About 3 - 5 sentences) :
