SEO & Discovery Optimization - research high-impact keywords & trending search clusters. Optimize for Search + Suggested + Browse.2. Audience Funnel Growth - Build structured conversion journeys: Shorts → Long Videos → Playlists → Subscribers → Returning Viewers. Increase binge time through playlist strategy & viewing pathways.3. Cross-Platform Audience Expansion - Identify & reach relevant communities: Instagram theme/meme pages, Facebook groups, Subreddits, WhatsApp/Telegram fan channels and recommend strategic creator collaborations.---------This Role Does NOT Include:Video uploading, Editing / thumbnail creation, Comment moderation, Production operations.This role is strategy + analytics + audience growth only.---------Ideal Candidate3–5 years experience in YouTube Content GrowthStrong understanding of YouTube recommendation signalsAble to read Analytics > Retention > CTR > Suggested traffic patterns---------Compensation - Depends on experience and past measurable channel results---------To ApplySend your resume with channels you have grown, with specific growth achievements (with before → after metrics) to hr@collectcent.com
