Key Responsibilities:
- YouTube Channel Growth Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for YouTube channel.
- Understand YouTube algorithms and trends to optimize content for maximum visibility.
- Digital Media and Marketing:
- Formulate and execute digital marketing plans to drive traffic to website and OTT platform.
- Design and implement effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and other tools to enhance online presence.
- YouTuber Relations and Influencer Tie-ups:
- Build and nurture relationships with You Tubers and influencers to drive traffic to OTT platform.
- Negotiate and establish tie-ups with influencers for collaborative content and promotions.
- Leverage influencer marketing to increase OTT visibility within the target audience.
- OTT Platform Exposure:
- Utilize knowledge of OTT platforms to enhance OTT presence in the digital space.
- Explore opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with other OTT platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for OTT growth.
- Content Development Understanding:
- Collaborate with content development teams to ensure the creation of engaging and relevant content.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Relevant experience in digital marketing, YouTube management, and OTT platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google and YouTube algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
- Passion: A geeky and techie individual with a passion for digital media and content creation.
