The Brand & Communications Manager will drive the gamut of internal and external communications for Thryve Digital Health. The role involves a deep appreciation of the company’s uniqueness and the ability to cascade compelling brand messages across multiple communication formats to a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders. With an innate ability to find brand messaging opportunities, the Brand & Communications Manager will work with diverse teams in assimilating and manifesting key organizational perspectives.

  • Agency and partner ecosystem engagement to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Social Media Strategy and Management
  • PR, Analyst and Industry body engagements
  • Internal & External Event enablement


Qualifications & Expectations:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in the technology and services industry
  • Graduate with a proven track record of creating compelling Brand & Communications artifacts in the space.
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills with experience in authoring articles and industry POVs. Compelling executive / stage presence and ability to work on multiple parallel assignments with strong project management skills.
  • Hands on ideation, creation and execution experience in handling internal and external events working with diverse partners.
  • Experience in working with PR agencies and industry analysts.
  • Comfortable and conversant with social media and other messaging innovations.
  • High problem-solving skills with an infectiously positive attitude.
  • Perpetually driven by the spirit of innovation, learning, and a love for challenges.
