It has now evolved into a multi-brand organization with March Jewellery — a sterling silver and semi-precious jewelry brand, that caters to women’s need for high-quality jewelry at affordable prices, and Pinkfort — an ethnic, Indo-western brand reimagining traditional clothing for the woman of today.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Completely own Digital Marketing for one of our brands
- Managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing.
- Planned, owned, and executed all digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to Facebook Marketing, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report on performance, and assess these against goals such as ROI and KPIs.
- Optimize spend and performance based on trend insights.
- Brainstorm new creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Create landing pages and optimize user experience by collaborating with internal teams
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience using analytical ability, looking across multiple channels.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Core competence in Facebook Conversion campaigns is a must
- Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics and other similar products
- Candidates with prior experience in fashion & e-commerce marketing will be preferred
