Are you a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors and a passion for agile leadership? We are seeking a Chapter Lead – SuccessFactors Suite to join our Client which is a prominent German multinational corporation in the financial industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Development: Enhance the competencies and soft skills of your team, promote knowledge exchange, and work hands-on in a squad.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and ensure compliance with team standards and methods, acting as the first point of contact for related queries.
  • Quality and Support: Coach employees from onboarding through career development, supporting them in conflict management and challenging situations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify staffing needs, collaborate with People & Culture for recruitment, and employ creative strategies to attract talent.
  • Chapter Organization: Support agile transformation, shape organizational development, represent chapter interests, and ensure effective communication channels.
  • Networking and Knowledge Contribution: Stay updated on industry trends, incorporate future-oriented skills into employee development, and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for innovation.
  • Housekeeping Responsibilities: Manage budgeting, external management, access management, and timecards according to local regulations.

Required Skills:

  • Enjoy working with people, both individually and in groups.
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, independent, structured, and reflective.
  • Clear communication skills, flexibility, and enthusiasm for new topics.
  • Agile mindset with experience in agile leadership and methods.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and make economically sound decisions.
  • Experience managing external service providers or willingness to learn.

Technical Skills:

Mandatory:

  • 7+ years of experience with the SuccessFactors suite.
  • Working knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors across its complete life cycle, including architecture.
  • Experience with HR IT solutions such as payroll, time, pension, and others.

Advantageous:

  • Prior experience as a Chapter Lead in Agile leadership.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience.
