The role holder will be part of the L&D team at Zensar. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in Learning & Development with design and facilitation capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing development programs with a specific focus on top talent, successors, and leadership. You will play a critical role in identifying and developing future leaders, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent, and driving the growth and effectiveness of our associates.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy Design and Implementation

• Design and implement a comprehensive development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives

• Create tailored development plans to support the growth and readiness of the future leadership of the organization.

• Collaborate with HR business partners to assess needs and develop learning journeys.


Program Design and Delivery

• Develop and facilitate engaging and impactful development programs, including workshops, seminars, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.

• Utilize a variety of learning methodologies and technologies to ensure effective program delivery.

• Ensure learning programs are inclusive and cater to diverse learning styles and needs.


Assessment and Evaluation

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of development programs and identify areas for improvement.

• Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance program offerings.


Executive Coaching and Support

• Provide support for executive coaching and guidance to leaders to enhance their leadership skills and capabilities.


Industry Best Practices

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and talent management, and proactively integrate them into program design and delivery.

• Network with industry professionals and participate in relevant conferences and forums to gather insights and share knowledge.


Organization Development

• Be responsible for driving change initiatives and developing strategies to support organizational growth and effectiveness.

• Lead organizational development projects that promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.


Collaboration and Relationship Building

• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to leverage external expertise and resources when necessary.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR partners, and business unit leaders, to gain support and drive engagement in leadership development initiatives.


Program Management

• Oversee the budget and resources allocated for development programs.

• Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


Qualification & Experience.


Proven experience in learning & development or organizational development roles. The experience level required for these roles will be between 5 to 10 years

• Strong background in designing and delivering learning programs and initiatives.

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

• Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess program effectiveness.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in learning & development and organizational development.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Exposure to multiple aspects of any learning management system.

• A relevant degree in Human Resources and/or certifications in organizational Development, or a related field are a plus.
