Job Responsibilities and duties:


Client Relationship Management:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Consumer/Corporate brand clients.
  2. Understand client objectives, business goals, and brand identity.
  3. Build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.

Project Oversight:

  1. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute PR campaigns.
  2. Develop project plans, set milestones, manage timelines and monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables and meet client expectations.

Strategic Planning:

  1. Collaborate with clients to develop PR strategies aligned with their business objectives.
  2. Pitch creative ideas, innovative approaches, and new product launches.
  3. Identify opportunities for brand exposure and reputation enhancement.

Sales and Business Development:

  1. Identify new business prospects within the hospitality industry.
  2. Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  3. Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.

Event Coordination:

  1. Oversee and coordinate events, product launches, and media engagements.
  2. Ensure seamless execution, from planning to post-event analysis.

Team Leadership:

  1. Supervise account managers, associates, and other team members.
  2. Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
  3. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  4. Support the HR team in interviewing and evaluating potential candidates for your team.



QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 9-10 years of experience in PR, preferably with a focus on Consumer/FMCG/Corporate
  2. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
  3. Proven success in client management and project execution.
  4. Strong understanding of hospitality industry and it’s unique challenges.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work with senior leadership and management.
