The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of relevant experience in offline marketing, with a proven track record of hard-core sales in the home textile or related sectors. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical companies and corporate gifting will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective offline marketing strategies to promote home furnishing textile products to corporate clients.

- Identify and target potential corporate clients, especially for corporate gifting opportunities, especially in the Pharmaceuticals sector.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to design marketing materials, catalogs, and proposals that align with corporate clients' needs.

- Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and exhibitions to promote products and build brand awareness.

- Manage and oversee end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are consistently met.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the home furnishing textile market.

- Create and monitor offline marketing campaigns, assessing their success and ROI.


Qualifications & Skills:

- 4-6 years of offline marketing and sales experience, preferably in corporate gift marketing and home textiles.

- Existing connections with pharmaceutical companies would be a plus.

- Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
