RoleOverview:The MarketingManager will be responsible for developing and executing strategicmarketing initiatives tailored to the transformer industry. Thisrole requires a blend of strategic planning market analysis andcreative to promote our products drive demand and achieve ourbusiness objectives. The successful candidate will work closelywith various internal teams to ensure alignment with our overallbusinessstrategy.Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Engineeringor a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is aplus.
  • Experience:Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with a proven trackrecord in the B2B sector. Experience in the transformer orindustrial equipment industry is highlydesirable..

  • MarketResearch: Conduct indepth market research toidentify industry trends customer needs and competitive dynamics.Use insights to shape marketing strategies and productpositioning.
  • CampaignManagement: Design execute and manage integratedmarketing campaigns across digital print and event channels toboost brand visibility and generate qualifiedleads.
  • ContentDevelopment: Create compelling marketing contentincluding product brochures whitepapers case studies and websitecopy to effectively communicate the value of our transformersolutions.
  • DigitalMarketing: Oversee digital marketing activities suchas SEO SEM social media and email marketing to drive onlineengagement and leadgeneration.
  • BrandManagement: Ensure consistent brand messaging andpositioning across all marketing materials and platformsreinforcing our reputation as an industryleader.
  • SalesSupport: Collaborate with the sales team to providemarketing support including lead generation promotional materialsand market insights to drive salesperformance.
  • EventCoordination: Plan and manage participation inindustry events trade shows and conferences to showcase ourproducts and build relationships with keystakeholders.
  • PerformanceTracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness ofmarketing campaigns and activities. Prepare detailed reports oncampaign performance ROI and markettrends.
