Position - Senior Associate - Sales Trainer and Quality Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Sales Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team.
2. Deliver Engaging Training Sessions: Conduct interactive and impactful training sessions for both new hires and existing sales representatives to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
3. Coach and Mentor Sales Reps: Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to sales reps, identifying areas for improvement and helping them achieve their goals.
4. Analyze Sales Data: Utilize sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization within the sales training program.
5. Stay Up-to-Date on Sales Methodologies: Keep abreast of the latest sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance our training programs.
6. Lead Internal Audits: Plan, lead, and execute internal audits of the sales department to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
7. Review Sales Processes: Review sales processes, controls, and documentation to assess compliance and identify areas for enhancement.
8. Identify Risks: Identify and assess risks associated with sales activities, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
9. Recommend Improvements: Make recommendations for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales department based on audit findings and performance evaluations.
10. Report to Senior Management: Present audit findings, recommendations, and insights to senior management, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in sales training or related areas is a plus.
