Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Jr. Digital Marketing Executive | SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles, both on-site and off-site, and a proven track record of optimizing content and strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site SEO:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content.
  • Perform SEO audits to improve site structure, load speed, and overall user experience.
  • Optimize meta tags, headers, alt attributes, and internal linking strategies.
  • Monitor and improve website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.


Off-Site SEO:

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop engaging content for guest posts, blogs, and social media that align with SEO goals.
  • Manage outreach campaigns to increase brand visibility and domain authority.
  • Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify opportunities for improvement.


General SEO Duties:

  • Track and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth in niche areas.
  • Assist in developing and executing holistic digital marketing strategies that align with SEO goals.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in on-site and off-site SEO.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret SEO data for actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of current SEO trends and best practices.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies and their role in SEO.
  • Experience with local SEO optimization techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of paid search campaigns (Google Ads).
  • Understanding of mobile-first indexing and core web vitals.
