Location: Bangalore / Pune

Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA


What you’ll do:


  • Support customers post-onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of SaaS products
  • Handle day-to-day queries and provide timely resolutions
  • Educate customers on features, best practices, and product updates
  • Track customer health, usage, and feedback to improve satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience


What we’re looking for:


  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success / Support / Account Coordination (SaaS preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Empathy and patience in handling customer needs
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-growing SaaS environment
