Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretarial Assistant located in Kerala, India. As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in compliance related services for corporate clients, maintaining statutory records, drafting legal documents, preparing board meeting minutes, and other secretarial duties assigned by the company secretary. You will support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Semi-qualified Company Secretary
- Good understanding of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance
- Knowledge of filing requirements and procedures with regulatory authorities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
