We're currently seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, coupled with the ability to create and execute effective strategies that align with our client's goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that captivate our audience and drive engagement.
  • Create and publish compelling content (text, images, videos, GIFs, etc.) that resonates with our followers and encourages sharing.
  • Monitor social media metrics and adapt strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Engage with followers, build relationships, and manage any social media challenges with professionalism and tact.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, tools, and best practices, sharing your knowledge with the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and maintain a consistent brand voice.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A knack for humor and the ability to incorporate it into content.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Short Video Platforms, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
