Job Description:

* Manage performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations in line with company policy and legal compliance.

* Develop and implement employee relationship management strategies to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.

* Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups to assess employee satisfaction and areas for improvement.

* Analyze employee relations data and trends, providing actionable insights and reports to senior leadership.

* Monitor and address employee relations issues through proactive intervention and coaching.

* Design and Develop Dashboards: Design and develop interactive and dynamic dashboards to visualize complex data and support business decision-making.

* Create Advanced Reports: Develop and maintain advanced reports, including pivot tables, charts, and graphs.

* Optimize Excel Performance: Optimize Excel models and reports for performance, ensuring fast data processing and minimal errors.

 

Must-Have: 

* Proficiency in advanced formulas

* Expertise in conditional formatting

* Ability to design and develop dashboards

* Knowledge of POSH, ZIP, and PIP
