AIMLAY's head office is in Delhi, with counseling centers across India and internationally.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Relations Manager located in Delhi, India. The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee engagement, labor and employment law compliance, and performance management.- Develop and implement employee relationship management strategies to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.- Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, providing effective conflict resolution strategies.- Ensure consistent and fair application of company policies, procedures, and labor laws.- Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups to assess employee satisfaction and areas for improvement.- Collaborate with Human Resources and management to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience.- Monitor and address employee relations issues through proactive intervention and coaching.- Investigate employee complaints and recommend corrective actions where necessary.- Manage performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations in line with company policy and legal compliance.- Provide training and resources to managers to improve their people management skills and enhance employee engagement.- Analyze employee relations data and trends, providing actionable insights and reports to senior leadership.Package upto 4.3LPA -4.80LPA + perks and benefitsInterested candidate with relevant experience may share their CV atEmail: hr.exec.92@aimlay.comPhone Number: +91 9599039156
