Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Marketing Lab in New Town, Kolkata. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and writing engaging social media posts.


In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our brand's presence across social platforms, including Instagram, Meta (Facebook), and LinkedIn.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Activating, developing, and implementing a content calendar that aligns with the brand strategy and goals.
  • Creating engaging posts a month(images, videos, stories, etc.) across our platforms.
  • Generating innovative ideas to boost brand presence, increase engagement, and grow our audience.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve results.
  • Collaborating with our team to drive social media growth and meet marketing goals.


Key Requirements:

  • Strong skills in content creation.
  • Ability to schedule posts and manage content across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and knowledge of the latest trends in social media.
