Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst – Corporate Taxation & Tax Planning to support our UAE Corporate Tax practice. The role involves handling end-to-end tax data review, computation preparation, and compliance reporting in accordance with UAE Corporate Tax laws.Key Responsibilities:Data Extraction & Organization:Extract, collate, and organize financial data from client systems and accounting software for tax computation purposes.Tax Scrutiny & Compliance:Review and scrutinize accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE Corporate Tax laws and guidelines.Tax Computation Preparation:Prepare detailed corporate tax computations, reconciliations, and supporting schedules in line with statutory requirements.Financial Review:Assist in reviewing and analyzing trial balances, general ledgers, and financial statements to identify key tax adjustments.Tax Documentation & Reporting:Maintain proper working papers and documentation to support tax filings, assessments, and audits.Variance & Financial Analysis:Perform variance analysis and provide insights on trends in income, expenses, and balance sheet items.Process & System Improvement:Contribute to improving accuracy and efficiency in tax computation and reporting processes.Required Skills & Competencies:Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to numerical accuracy and detail.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).Tax Knowledge: Basic understanding of Corporate Tax laws and accounting standards.Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication; ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.Organization & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple clients and deliver assignments within deadlines.
