Finance Manager - Taxation About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Taxation Manager to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong background in direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, GST, and TDS. The role involves ensuring statutory compliance, managing assessments, and handling end-to-end tax operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and filing of returns in compliance with statutory timelines.- Manage GST computation, reconciliation, and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.- Prepare and file corporate income tax returns and ensure timely submissions.- Liaise with Income Tax and GST departments for queries, notices, and assessments.- Support tax audits, statutory audits, and internal financial reviews.- Maintain accurate tax records and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and updates.- Utilize SAP and Oracle systems for tax-related accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, and Business) for smooth tax operations and compliance.Desired Candidate Profile:- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Taxation (Direct & Indirect).- Strong understanding of Income Tax, GST, and TDS regulations.- Working knowledge of SAP and Oracle is essential.- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines.
