Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management:Develop engaging content for LinkedIn posts, Facebook videos, Instagram stories, and other social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
  • Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels.
  • Social Media Strategy:Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the design team and project management team to plan and execute social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to create and schedule videos and posts required for social media.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather content and ensure brand consistency.
  • Engagement and Growth:Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Reporting:Provide regular updates and reports on social media activities and performance to the marketing manager.
  • Analyze engagement metrics to optimize content and strategy.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in social media followers and engagement rates.
  • Consistency and quality of published content.
  • Timeliness and effectiveness in responding to social media interactions.
  • Successful collaboration with the design and project management teams.
  • Contribution to the development and execution of social media strategies.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent completion of a course in social media marketing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
