Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a TL role within IT services.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following

  • Lead a team of annotators executing NLP and CV data annotation projects, ensuring high-quality data output for AI model training.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other team leads to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that project milestones are met and that work is distributed equitably among team members.
  • Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain accuracy and consistency in data annotation.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development for team members on best practices in data annotation and tool usage.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times for project delivery.
  • Resolve project and team challenges swiftly, employing effective conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
