About GTM Force
GTM Force is a high-growth, AI-powered GTM (Go-To-Market) agency focused on helping SaaS companies build scalable outbound demand generation engines. We are building our team from scratch in Hyderabad and looking for driven, ambitious, and creative individuals to be part of this journey.
Role Overview
As a BDR Intern, you will be at the frontlines of GTM execution—identifying opportunities, connecting with prospects, and creating qualified sales conversations. You’ll work closely with senior GTM leaders and marketing teams to uncover new leads and build a strong outbound pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified meetings through proactive outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to discover opportunities from inbound and outbound leads
- Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach
- Learn and apply best practices in outbound GTM campaigns and sales development
- Demonstrate strong influencing, communication, and persuasion skills in engaging prospects
Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate (2024/2025 pass out preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Interest in SaaS, technology, and outbound sales/marketing
- Highly motivated to learn, experiment, and grow into a future GTM leader
