Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues related to staff augmentation.
  • Staffing Solutions Development: Collaborate with clients to identify their staffing requirements and develop tailored staffing solutions. Provide expertise on best practices for temporary and contract staffing.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure timely and effective recruitment of candidates for client positions. Oversee the candidate selection process and ensure candidates meet client specifications.
  • Account Management: Manage multiple client accounts, including tracking contract staffing performance, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that client expectations are met.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of staff placements, including feedback from clients and candidates. Address any performance issues and work to improve overall service delivery.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contract terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and client needs.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling additional staffing services or solutions to existing clients. Contribute to business development efforts and help expand the client base.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports on account status, staffing metrics, and other relevant information. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in account management, staffing, or a related field, with a focus on staff augmentation or temporary staffing solutions.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, especially within the staff augmentation sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
