Job Description:


Location: Bangalore, (Electronic City) WFO

Experience: 2+ yrs

Male Candidate Preferred

Good English Communication

Budget upto 9LPA to 10LPA max


Responsibilities:

- Sell technology services including Firmware Development, Product Engineering, PCB Design & Analysis, IT Service Mechanical Design & EMS Service to clients in North American and European markets.

- Lead a team of Junior Sales Executives.

- Represent the company at tradeshows to showcase capabilities.

- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and in-person meetings with potential clients.

- Build and maintain client relationships.

- Achieve monthly revenue targets for company growth.

- Sell Embedded Hardware, Software, and Environmental Compliance Services.

- Source potential customers through LinkedIn networking, web research, and cold calling.

- Conduct persuasive cold calls to senior-level prospects.

- Maintain CRM database accuracy.

- Understand and address customer needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in ECE/Electrical engineering or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Working experience with North America is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
