We foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and technical excellence.Work Location & Mode:📍 Location: Perundurai, Erode District, Tamil Nadu 🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Only All selected candidates must work from our Perundurai office.Experience: 6–10 YearsNotice Period: Maximum 1 MonthAbout the Role:We are looking for a strong Hands-on Java Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud-ready architecture. This role requires excellent coding skills, leadership capabilities, and hands-on involvement in designing, developing, and delivering scalable backend systems.The ideal candidate will mentor the team, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality technical output.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code with hands-on involvement.Drive architecture discussions, solution design, and technical decision-making.Ensure microservices are scalable, secure, resilient, and optimized.Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams for end-to-end delivery.Implement and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.Manage sprint planning, task delegation, and technical deliverables.Perform code reviews and guide developers to improve code quality.Work with SQL databases, caching, messaging systems, and integrations.Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust monitoring and logging.Stay updated with modern Java and backend ecosystem improvements.Required Skills: Core Technical Skills:Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+ Expert in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring DataProven expertise in Microservices ArchitectureExperience with RESTful APIs, JSON, API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)Deep understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL)Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQStrong in JPA/Hibernate, ORM, transaction managementFamiliarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitExperience working with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plusKnowledge of unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) Architectural Understanding :Microservices communication patternsAPI gateway & load balancingSecurity best practices (JWT, OAuth2, encryption)Scalability, performance, monitoringEvent-driven & distributed systems concepts Soft Skills:Strong leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent communication & collaborationProblem-solving and analytical mindsetAbility to work under deadlines with ownership
