Service Sales Manager, South Asia

PENTAX Medical, a division of HOYA Group, is a manufacturer of leading video endoscopy systems and endoscopy-related infection prevention solutions. With a global R&D, marketing, sales, and service personnel presence, our mission is to improve the standard of patient care and healthcare delivery by providing clinically advanced endoscopy solutions to the medical community.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of service-based sales strategies.
Role Overview:
The incumbent will report to the Service Director for South Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time contract and warranty conversions.
- Convert inactive installed base (IB) to active status.
- Upsell Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMCs) to billable and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) customers.
- Double the annual value of active contracts within two years.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of key accounts in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Biomedical is preferred.
- Around 5 to 7 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in service sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
