Are you a passionate sales professional with a knack for building relationships and a deep understanding of the travel industry? We're looking for a Sales & Customer Care Representative to join our growing team and drive agent engagement for our cutting-edge travel tech platform.

We are a leading travel tech platform revolutionizing how travel agents book hotels, flights, and other travel services. Our platform offers unique features, competitive rates, and tools tailored for agents to excel in their business.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to onboard travel agents, train and guide them through their first bookings, and ensure they actively use our platform to grow their business. You’ll play a vital role to nurture relationships and empower agents to succeed with our advanced travel booking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to travel agents to introduce them to our platform.

• Convince agents to sign up and make bookings on our portal.

• Provide ongoing support to agents, ensuring they complete their initial bookings successfully.

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure agents actively use the platform and maximize its benefits.

• Address any questions or concerns agents may have and assist with backend travel platform tools like TBO, Amadeus, etc.

• Gather feedback from agents to help improve the platform’s usability and features.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for agent sign-ups and bookings.

• Work collectively with the team and support each other

• Willing to quickly learn

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

• Familiarity with backend travel platforms like TBO, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar tools.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

• A results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple agents and accounts simultaneously.

• Knowledge of the travel agent ecosystem and booking processes.
