Real Estate Sales Director

Our client is a reputable real estate consultancy firm based in Gurugram, India.
The company provides property buyers with comprehensive knowledge and assistance throughout the home buying process. Their experienced agents work closely with clients to deliver exceptional service.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Team Lead to oversee our sales team and drive performance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading by example and mentoring your team to achieve their sales targets.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the team to meet sales targets through effective coaching and strategy implementation.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Liaise with senior management to set and execute strategic plans that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences that align with our brand values and standards.
- A minimum of 12th standard education.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in sales/customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical focus, with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
