Position Overview
Lifesight is seeking a dynamic Manager of Revenue Operations to join our team. In this role, you'll act as a pivotal partner to our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams. Your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer success strategies within a high-growth SaaS environment will be crucial in developing a unified operational approach across all revenue-centric functions.
What You’ll Do
● Analyze and optimize key processes and performance metrics within Marketing, SDR, and CS functions.
● Guide functional leaders in interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions.
● Collaborate with BI and Data Analytics teams to deliver essential data insights and dashboards.
● Streamline cross-functional processes for Marketing, Sales, and CS, ensuring alignment in tracking and action plans.
● Oversee the revenue ops cadence, enhancing leadership meetings for effective communication.
● Contribute to vital operational updates for various internal and external stakeholders. ● Refine and improve operational processes and policies across marketing, sales, and CS to boost overall efficiency.
● Work closely with operational leaders to enhance cross-functional collaboration and achieve revenue goals.
● Engage with cross-functional partners within the revenue teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. An MBA or consulting background is preferred.
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a SaaS-based sales, marketing, or customer success operations role.
● Expertise in revenue-related operational tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Kissmetrics, Google Analytics, Zendesk, Gainsight, G-Suite, Tableau, etc.
● Willingness to travel up to 10%.
