Why a Senior Brand Manager is Needed:


A strong brand is integral to shaping the travel experience. As the company aims for rapid growth, there's a need to build a strong, scalable brand architecture. A Senior Brand Manager is sought to lead this effort, creating connections with consumers through various media channels and establishing a consistent brand identity.


Responsibilities:


Short Term:

1. Developing a comprehensive marketing plan, including hiring and goal-setting.

2. Collaborating with design and performance marketing teams to create thematic brand campaigns.

3. Executing brand initiatives to improve upper-funnel brand metrics.

4. Identifying and creating touch points to drive customer consideration.

5. Scaling influencer marketing efforts in line with brand tonality and relevance.


Medium - Long Term:

1. Building and leading a high-performing brand marketing team.

2. Developing the brand strategy in collaboration with founders.

3. Conducting brand diagnostics and tracking brand metrics.

4. Supporting international market launches as opportunities arise.

5. Establishing communication architecture, visual language, and tonality.


Experience & Expectations:


- 10-12 years of branding experience in B2C companies.

- Strong experience in social media campaign strategy.

- Ability to collaborate with product and design teams to convey brand persona.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Deep understanding of digital marketing.

- Self-starter with a startup mentality.

- Ability to work across teams and prioritize tasks from multiple stakeholders.

- KPI-driven approach to measuring campaign success.

- Comprehensive understanding of marketing channels and custom playbook development.

- Proficiency in copywriting, preferably for B2C brands.

- Prior experience in brand building on YouTube is a plus.
