Employment Type: Full-time, In-office
Availability: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, ideate and execute inspiring brand stories.
- Serve as the main liaison between assigned brands and internal creative teams.
- Collaborate with design, copy, and content creation teams to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated with evolving social media trends and incorporate them into client strategies.
- Continuously explore novel methods to generate buzz and engagement across online and offline campaigns.
- Coordinate project execution across various verticals within the organization.
- Develop and adhere to campaign calendars, ensuring timely delivery.
- Act as a competent representative for Jugaad in client interactions.
Requirements:
- 0-5 years of relevant experience. We are hiring across different seniority levels
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a necessity; proficiency in Tamil/Hindi or other regional languages is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a creative agency is preferred.
- Active presence on social media platforms is desirable.
- Outgoing and extroverted personality traits are highly valued.
- As the name of the company suggests, a 'Jugaad' mentality is a must
Additional Information:
- Jugaad is a multi-disciplinary agency with multiple verticals across Social media, ATL/BTL Marketing, event management, UI/UX, Interior design, weddings and more.
