CTC:

up to 4 LPA


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Team leader in planning, organizing, & directing the team.
  • Assist in implementing program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
  • Determine priorities of tasks and actions and schedule measures accordingly.
  • Assist in monitoring team members' participation to evaluate if the training they've received is being put to good use, and if any extra training is required.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing the workflow within the team, ensuring that tasks are allocated appropriately, and deadlines are met.
  • Assist in resolving issues and conflicts within the team, escalating more significant problems to the team leader or manager when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining the reports on team performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure that the team's work meets quality standards and that processes are followed correctly.
  • Will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and leaders, ensuring that important information is conveyed effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are met and settling grievances that may arise in the course of work.
  • Working cross-functionally to find opportunities to collaborate on process improvement and local business objectives.
  • Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires a review of relevant factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to figure out appropriate action
  • Superior communication skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and ability to interact effectively with all levels of professional staff.
