Position : Project Manager

Location: Vasai ( Pickup and Drop Facility available)

Experience : Min 10 Years

Salary : up to 15 LPA ( slightly Negotiable )

Responsibilities

  1. Determines priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly.
  2. Contributes to or conducts the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.
  3. Liaising with internal stakeholders and follow up.
  4. Working cross-functionally to find opportunities to collaborate on process improvement, and local business objectives.
  5. Receives direction regarding objectives and the process to achieve them.
  6. Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires a review of relevant factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to figure out appropriate action
  7. Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and ability to interact effectively with all levels of professional staff.
  8. Need to Coordinate and Interact with all levels of the Sales Team along with all departments.
  9. Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
  10. Partner with the Sales and Marketing department to refine the lead qualification process, analyze and report on sales Performance.
  11. Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
  12. Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting
  13. Sound Understanding of Client service requirements.
  14. Sales Data management
  15. Arrangement of all the require support for sales related activities
  16. Coordination to all the required personnel and Dept related to Sales Order Processing
  17. Client Account handling
  18. Support Structure Reviews including Capacity/Resource Planning.
  19. Closing of all escalations within Single Business Day.
  20. Handling Internal Meeting related to Operational Process
  21. Raising the concerns of the team with backend and customer, Review of Processes and their roll-out.
  22. Participation with customers in upcoming projects, prepare CB analysis, check the feasibility, share the best practices and then involvement in the implementation of the project.

Qualification & Requirement:

  1. Any graduate or post graduate in relevant field
  2. Min10 years in Project Management
  3. Skills:- MS-Office, Administrative support, Customer Service, Communication Skills and Data handling.
  4. Gender Any
  5. Good knowledge of different business functions
  6. Strong leadership qualities.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Highly organized.
  9. Strong work ethic.
  10. Good interpersonal skills.
  11. Meticulous attention to detail.
  12. Computer literate.
  13. Proactive nature
