Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the technology sector and extensive experience in hiring IT talent. This role is crucial for supporting our growth by ensuring we attract, onboard, and retain the best professionals in the industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process to hire top-tier IT talent, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming introduction for new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, benefits, and retention programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our company values.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to employment.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to understand their human resources needs and challenges.
  • Utilise HR metrics to guide decisions and improve processes.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process, especially in hiring for IT and software development roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • A strategic thinker with outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Financial Package

  • Rs. 10-20 Lakhs per annum, contingent on work experience.
