What You’ll Do
Your north star is simple: get more demos booked. Everything you do—from identifying prospects to crafting compelling emails—is geared toward getting qualified leads to say “Yes” and schedule a time with our product experts. You’ll refine messaging, test new angles, and keep a close eye on what works. When something’s off, you’ll pivot fast. When you see a pattern, you’ll double down. In short, you’ll own the pipeline from first cold contact to a fully-booked calendar.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for the Right Targets: Identify high-potential D2C brands running on Shopify or WooCommerce. Focus on quality over quantity—every lead should be a great fit for our product demos.
- Craft Irresistible Emails: Write concise, personalized messages that resonate with decision-makers. You’ll experiment with subject lines, CTAs, and angles to convert curiosity into confirmed demos.
- Follow Up and Nurture: Don’t let a “not now” go cold. Use thoughtful follow-ups and sequenced campaigns to guide prospects towards booking that demo.
- Measure, Learn, Improve: Track open rates, reply rates, and (most importantly) demo bookings. Use these insights to iterate quickly, refine your approach, and continuously boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Align your outreach with the broader team’s messaging and strategies. Your feedback on what’s working (and what’s not) will help us fine-tune our entire funnel.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep an eye on what’s changing in e-commerce, and adjust your outreach tactics accordingly. Your ability to adapt will keep those demos rolling in.
What You Bring
- Proven Success in Email Outreach: You’ve run successful outreach campaigns in B2B SaaS, especially targeting DTC brands. Show us the numbers you’ve hit.
- Laser-Focused on Results: You understand that demos are the lifeblood of our pipeline. You measure success by the bookings you generate, and you know how to optimize your approach to get more.
- Persuasive Writing Skills: Short, punchy, and personal—your emails don’t sound like a template. You know how to speak the language of eCommerce founders and decision-makers.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You don’t guess—you test. You track key metrics, make sense of them, and adjust quickly based on what the data tells you.
- Autonomous and Adaptable: You don’t wait for direction. You propose new experiments, refine your own processes, and keep leveling up until the calendar is as full as it can be.
