Blox Capital is a dynamic and innovative company looking for a talented Sales Outreach Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time or full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry with a fully remote and flexible schedule.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. A basic knowledge of CRM systems and outreach tools is a plus, but not necessary. We are looking for a proactive approach to problem-solving and creativity in crafting personalized outreach messages.

As a Sales Outreach Specialist at Blox Capital, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential clients using various outreach platforms. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing outreach campaigns to generate leads and nurture client relationships. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer training and support to help you succeed in your role.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a room for growth and increased responsibilities based on performance, as well as an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Write, schedule, and send personalized email campaigns to potential clients, ensuring high open and response rates.
  • Calling: Call leads with the goal of setting an appointment for the sales team.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor the success of outreach campaigns and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
