- You are detail oriented, smart, recognize the customer problems, as soon as possible and take steps to resolve them.
- Handy with Project management tools like ClickUp / Trell0 / Jira. (We use Clickup)
- Manage a small team of operations specialists who are located in South America.
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Need to overlap a few hours of time with South American team
- Working with our product and support teams to suggest ideas and improvements to our processes, to improve controls around processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure. Strong customer service orientation and team leadership skills.
