NoFluff is seeking a Meta Ads Strategist to be a creative catalyst in digital advertising. We're looking for a dynamic marketing professional who can direct compelling social media narratives, designs breakthrough campaigns, and drives performance through A/B testing multiple sets of audiences, turning data-driven insights into powerful marketing experiences.


What You Will Be Doing:

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Execute strategic advertising campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager that drive meaningful business outcomes across sales, lead generation, and brand awareness objectives
  • Develop comprehensive, data-driven targeting strategies that precisely segment and engage potential customer personas
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency across multiple marketing funnel levels, implementing advanced technical advertising techniques
  • Create sophisticated audience targeting through strategic interest groups and lookalike audience development
  • Implement advanced budget optimization strategies, including CBO, ABO, and manual bidding approaches
  • Conduct in-depth research using Facebook Ads Library to develop effective ad copies and creative strategies for diverse industries
  • Leverage advanced targeting capabilities to optimize audience reach and campaign performance with data-driven precision


Performance and Optimization

  • Continuously track, analyze, and interpret campaign metrics to derive actionable marketing insights
  • Implement sophisticated A/B testing methodologies to refine and enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Build and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards that translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Proactively explore emerging platform capabilities and innovative advertising techniques
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and client teams to ensure integrated marketing approaches
  • Manage intricate advertising budgets with financial precision and strategic allocation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with platform representatives and stay ahead of digital marketing trends


Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital advertising
  • Strong portfolio of Meta campaign work
  • Proven experience in campaign ideation and creative development
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
  • Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong numerical aptitude


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
  • BA/BSc in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • Certification in Facebook Blueprint is a plus
