Job Summary:

As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you'll drive business growth globally, pitching to Indian and International clients. You'll handle leads, CRM, LinkedIn outreach, social media management and socila media marketing- taking our business to new heights


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute global sales and marketing strategies to drive growth
  2. Generate leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into sales
  3. Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, online ads)
  4. Plan, manage, and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and engagement
  5. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to boost visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads
  6. Manage and maintain the company's website and overall digital presence
  7. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to develop sales and marketing strategies
  8. Create reports on sales and marketing performance, providing insights for future strategies


Requirements:

1. MBA (Internship/Job)

2. Intern/Fresher

3. Excellent communication and pitching skills

4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Strong knowledge of CRM, LinkedIn outreach, social media marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Instagram Analytics)
