We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a strong background in the BPO industry and advanced PowerPoint (PPT) design skills. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in client acquisition and revenue growth while showcasing our BPO services through visually compelling presentations. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and creativity in crafting high-quality presentation materials that make a lasting impression on potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:


  • Identify and engage with potential clients within the BPO industry.
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations that communicate our value proposition and services effectively.
  • Use networking, cold-calling, and industry events to generate leads.


Presentation Design and Development:


  • Create high-impact, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations tailored to client needs and industry standards.
  • Utilize advanced design techniques, including custom graphics, and data visualization, to make presentations more engaging and persuasive.
  • Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of sales presentations based on feedback and market trends.


Sales and Revenue Growth:


  • Develop compelling proposals and RFP responses, with a focus on visually appealing and well-structured presentations.
  • Negotiate and close new business contracts to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.


Market Research and Strategy Development:


  • Conduct market research and use insights to enhance presentation content and structure.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies based on market trends and client needs.


Relationship Management and Cross-functional Collaboration:


  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Work with relevant departments to ensure presentations align with brand and service standards.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the BPO industry.

Exceptional PowerPoint design skills with an advanced knowledge of layout, graphics, and data visualization.

Proficient in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and other design software.

Strong understanding of BPO services and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt presentations based on client feedback and industry trends.
