By leveraging data insights and strategic partnerships, we ensure our customers always have access to competitive and transparent financial products.Role OverviewAs a Sales Lead at Billcut, you will be responsible for leading our personal loan vertical across three partner programs — LNT, ABL, and Tata Capital. This role requires a strong mix of sales ownership and team leadership, driving business growth while managing and motivating the sales team.Key Responsibilities● Own and deliver sales targets and revenue growth across partner programs (LNT, ABL, Tata Capital).● Manage, guide, and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve goals.● Drive personal loan acquisition through structured office-based operations.● Design and execute sales strategies aligned with each partner’s objectives.● Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions.● Track performance metrics, review pipelines, and present reports to management.● Recruit, train, and mentor team members to maximize productivity.Must-Have Qualifications:● Minimum 6 years of experience in banking/financial services sales.● Strong exposure to personal loans and digital lending.● Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.● Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
