Technical SEO Specialist (Expert)Your Mission:As a Technical SEO Specialist at QR TIGER, you will take a role in shaping and maintaining the technical foundation of our digital ecosystem. Your mission is to optimize site infrastructure, enhance crawlability and indexation, and ensure our website consistently meets modern search engine standards. While you will collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams, you will also be relied upon as the primary resource for technical SEO best practices, contributing to long-term organic growth and overall site performance.What You’ll Do:Lead end-to-end technical SEO strategy to support long-term organic growth across all QR TIGER platforms.Conduct advanced technical audits involving large-scale architecture reviews, log file analysis, crawl budget optimization, and rendering diagnostics.Oversee implementation and governance of structured data, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with evolving schema standards.Architect and optimize site infrastructure including URL taxonomy, internal linking frameworks, and scalable site hierarchy for large content ecosystems.Partner with engineering teams to advise on SEO-friendly development practices, JavaScript rendering solutions, dynamic content handling, and server-side optimizations.Define and enforce technical SEO standards for canonicalization, hreflang implementation, sitemaps, robots directives, and multi-environment setups.Lead Core Web Vitals improvement initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, and product teams.Monitor advanced ranking signals, diagnose technical regressions, and propose data-driven solutions before issues impact performance.Manage enterprise-level SEO tools and workflows, including automated monitoring systems, crawl scheduling, and technical QA processes.Identify risks and opportunities by staying ahead of algorithm updates, emerging technologies, and industry-wide SEO advancements.Provide technical mentorship, documentation, and training to internal teams to elevate SEO knowledge and execution.Understand that your responsibilities may evolve as QR TIGER grows and its digital infrastructure expands.What You’ll Bring:7+ years of deep, hands-on technical SEO experience, ideally within SaaS or high-traffic, rapidly scaling organizations.Expert-level understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, server configurations) and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.).Strong knowledge of log file analysis, crawl budget management, rendering behavior, and server-side SEO factors such as CDN configurations and caching.Mastery of technical SEO tools, including but not limited to Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Log File Analyzer, and performance testing suites (GTmetrix, WebPageTest, Lighthouse).Proven success in leading large-scale technical SEO projects and collaborating with engineering teams using Git, CI/CD workflows, and development pipelines.Advanced experience implementing and validating structured data (schema.org), including automation and error-free markup deployment at scale.Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify root causes, and communicate insights clearly.Experience with multiple CMS environments and headless architectures.A strategic, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to influence decision-making across technical and non-technical teams.Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify highly technical concepts for stakeholders.What We Offer:Competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.A collaborative work environment where your input shapes the future of a growing company.Individualized employee experience with regular feedback meetings.A supportive team culture with short decision-making processes.Join an international team passionate about their work.Who We AreQR TIGER is the most advanced yet most affordable online QR code generator for businesses of all sizes.
