The Role We are looking for a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, improving search engine rankings, and executing successful SEO strategies. This role requires a data-driven individual with a strong understanding of SEO tools, algorithms, and best practices. What You'll Do - Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions. - Conduct detailed keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization. - Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking structure. - Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content. - Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues. - Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms. - Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices. - Build and execute strategies for link building and backlink acquisition. - Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. - Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. What You'll Bring - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused organization. - Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. - Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms. - Experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve SEO performance. - Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot. - A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset. - Strong project management and organizational skills.
