Experience required –


• Proven track record as Sales Professional in a Recruitment Consulting industry.

• Must be familiar with the challenges and strategies involved in Sales related to talent acquisition, such as Client acquisition, client engagement, Gathering market intelligence etc..

• Must be willing to travel: This role involves meeting clients, attending industry events and seminars etc. The candidate should be prepared to travel extensively, which would further strengthen relationships and improve the effectiveness of the business generation and conversion.

• Must be familiar with local demography which would provide a competitive advantage to Amor.

Job Description for Regional Sales Manager (Individual Contributor role)


Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager TO JOIN US. This individual contributor role is pivotal in driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence.


Role : DGM/ GM / AVP

Reporting to : Executive Director and CEO OF AMOR

CTC : Open for discussion (Fixed plus variable)

Location : Delhi / NCR / Pune / Mumbai


Role and Responsibilities:


Role – Lead generation and business development across various Automotive, Industrial, Manufacturing including but not limited to Chemical, Energy, Cement, Steel, Pharma, Consumer Durable, Sectors in the region/s to achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities -


• Business Connect and Lead generation:

 Drive business generation through strong customer connects (network / relationships) with business leaders / decision makers - in Automotive, Non-Automotive, Industrial, Energy, and Manufacturing.

 Develop relationships with various chambers of commerce in your region – Japanese, Indo German, US Chamber of Commerce, Etc. and participate in networking events to connect with CxO’s to eventually convert the relationship to tangible benefits for the organization.

 Be proactively informed on development and manpower movement of a potential/ existing customer and also upcoming greenfield projects and expansion projects.

 Understand the dynamics and needs of sunrise industries and identify areas where we can get the 1st move advantage.

• Sales orientation: Would drive sales and revenue growth in the region.

• Market/Competitor Intelligence: should be adept at gathering and analyzing information about the market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform sales and marketing efforts with a deep understanding of the talent acquisition landscape.

• Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including customers, candidates, industry partners.

• New Initiatives: Apart from the specified industries, having a broader understanding of other sectors can help in identifying potential opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly.

• Business Generation: Ideally you would have driven client acquisition revenue targets of INR 10+ Cr

• Should have a track record of generating significant revenue, indicating their capability to drive substantial business growth.

• Target VS Generation of leads vs Conversion: Must have excellent reading and understanding of Target vs Generation vs conversion ratio. The performance of individual will be evaluated based on their ability to meet or exceed sales targets through the target vs lead generation vs conversion activity.


The ideal candidate would come with the following expertise.


Qualification : Graduate preferably B.E ( Any Graduate) + PG. in Marketing

Experience : 12 - 17 years

Age : 30 – 45 years

• Business intelligence -Gather market intelligence and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

• Presentation Skills & Excel: Showcasing products or services, delivering pitches to potential clients, and conducting meetings to effectively engage clients and communicate in a compelling manner.

• Negotiation Skills: Critical skill to acquire mutually beneficial agreements with clients, candidates. Must be able to navigate discussions effectively, advocate for the organisation’s interests, and close deals that satisfy both parties.
