Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Social Media Expert to join our dynamic team. The Fashion Social Media Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering community growth across various platforms.


Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals and target audience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of fashion social media.


Content Creation:

  • Generate visually appealing and on-brand content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.


Community Engagement:

  • Build and nurture an online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives to foster a sense of community among followers.


Influencer Collaborations:

  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance the brand's online presence.
  • Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and image.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies based on data-driven findings.


Skills Required:


Fashion Industry Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of current fashion trends, industry terminology, and key players.

Social Media Expertise:

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for fashion brands.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling and shareable content.

Content Creation:

  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to use graphic design and photo editing tools.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Analytical Skills:

  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights) to derive actionable insights.

Project Management:

  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Social Media Tools:

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience with e-commerce integrations on social platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, specifically within the fashion industry.
