Responsible for the development and implementation of an annual, strategic, calendar that ensures the efforts and output provides greatest return to the organization.
- Support the marketing team for the overall brand strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Plan and outline cross channel digital marketing and remarketing campaigns, aligned to expected performance and returns, Experiment, scout and implement new digital marketing channels, tools, best practices to consistently improve ROIs
- Handle Paid promotions, Google AdWords & Facebook adverts optimizing them for maximum ROI
- Manage the Social Media, SEO and Content strategy of the business
- Set up campaigns and build community through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, and Instagram etc.
- Supports business functions through annual planning to build awareness/understanding of how the brand strategy and marketing translates to individual products/ services.
- Establishes plans including business/vertical positioning and promotional strategy.
- Supervises the brand’s content, function and access to brand assets while ensuring brand uniformity and consistency.
- Manages internal/external design and marketing partners such as advertising agencies, media buying firms, public relations and production companies, web and social media presence.
- Drives brand understanding and support throughout the organization and ensures brand communication is consistent with the company and brand positioning.
- Develops and manages all aspects of the company’s brand portfolio: logo, design system, voice, photography, brand guidelines and illustration.
- Directs the development of communication materials such as catalogues, websites, brochures, packaging, and point of purchase materials and marketing collateral..
- Makes presentations to the executive management team on marketing and communication strategies and activities.
- Directs market research activities to keep abreast of changing demographics and other relevant issues to evaluate marketing and communication activities and to monitor emerging issues.
- Keeps abreast of all trends in the industry.
- Develop internal communications strategies for current and existing services, business, launches, and promotions for the company.
- Content writing for business needs

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
