We are looking for someone with Oracle HCM Cloud experience to join the Business Optimisation team and help us take our existing Oracle Cloud HCM solution to the next level. It’s an opportunity to join a dynamic and talented team, built around allowing you to best utilise your skills and showcase your abilities. The main focus of the role is to implement new functionality to enhance our HCM capability, but you will also be expected to provide some application support, perform BAU activities and support Oracle’s quarterly updates.


What we expect from you:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any related subject.

  • 5+ years experience of implementing and/or supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Ability to problem solve, reproduce issues and develop solutions.
  • Ability to think outside of the box.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • An understanding of the role HCM Cloud plays and how it fits into the whole ERP design.
  • Experience in raising Oracle SRs.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and policies.

A plus if you also have:

  • Experience in Absence Management, Goals Management, Performance Management and/or Workforce Compensation.
  • Experience in implementing Manager Self Service.
  • Experience of writing Fast Formula.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Security including the ability to create custom roles.
  • Experience of HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader and/or HCM Data Loader.
